Just as there is a lot of misinformation on the Internet about food intolerance, there are a lot of books on food intolerance that give nice theories and advice, but little in the way of established facts. I believe that the books below are the most reliable sources of information on food intolerance, and I’ll be reviewing them over time on this blog.
